Shattered Lives in combination with London College for Technical & Vocational Education (LCTVE) has designed a ground breaking training and employability skills programme aimed at putting both adults and people of ages including 16-25 year old’s who are not in education, employment or training back on the career ladder.
As we can easily agree, the main essence of encouraging training is to ensure people get jobs and that is our aim. By implementing Shattered Lives OLYMPICS program in collaboration with our partners, we help to support those who really need it most in our society get on their feet.

We are currently using this simple introduction programme to help individuals seek jobs in the construction and the construction related industries. However it is our aim to eventually provide this programme across all industry sectors.
The programme includes literacy and numeracy training at level 1 to 2 and currently covers Introduction courses to the following;
- Bricklaying
- Painting and decorating
- Joinery works
- Plastering
- Plumbing
- Making good
- Jointing and taping
- Electrical works
- Street works
