Self esteem, confidence, self control, and appropriate conduct are all essential qualities that are needed for people to live.
The prison outreach team at Shattered Lives is dynamic and focused. We work with ex offenders as well as current inmates to support offenders and their families. We do this by giving continuous mentorship to the clients that we help, as well as providing information, advice and guidance to the offenders and their families before and after sentencing and release. We provide information and support on housing, training and employment, finances, family restoration and any other matters that might affect the ex or current offender.
We apply our in house MERS strategy to all the action plans we create for the offenders that we work with; and also organise workshops and seminars within HM Prisons as well as our nationwide centers. The programmes that we provide for offenders and ex offenders are designed to promote recovery and rehabilitation; by helping to build self esteem, discipline, confidence and self control.
Please contact us if you would like to find out more about the Prison Outreach work that we do or get involved in anyway.
