One of the most common but serious problems with substance abuse is alcohol. There are more people experiencing problems with alcohol than with any other substance. Alcohol abuse and affect the abuser and the abusers families in a variety of ways, including as alcohol poisoning and addiction.
Problems with alcohol are not always obvious and many people use alcohol to self medicate and deal with stress which further increases the danger of alcohol abuse.
Our Alcohol support team works with individuals from all walks of life that are affected by alcohol in any way. We do this by providing information and advice where relevant. We also offer a referral service where we direct abusers to relevant specialist organizations that are able to further assist our clients.
